To keep international shipping costs manageable, we can only ship orders up to 2kg. Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically cancelled.

If your order includes any of these items, they will be substituted with a similar product. Please note that no refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Warm Weather Warning:
During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect your sweets from melting—this includes insulated packaging and clearly marked parcels. However, once your order has left our facility, it’s out of our hands. If your sweets do melt during transit, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements.
