🌍 International Shipping Policy

Weight Limit:
To keep international shipping costs manageable, we can only ship orders up to 2kg. Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically cancelled.

Import Taxes & Duties:
Please be aware that any import taxes or duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices, and we are not liable for them.

Product Restrictions:
We’re currently unable to ship the following products internationally:

• Coconut Mushrooms

• Milk Bottles

• Scottish Tablet

• Sweet Cones

If your order includes any of these items, they will be substituted with a similar product. Please note that no refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Warm Weather Warning: During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect your sweets from melting—this includes insulated packaging and clearly marked parcels. However, once your order has left our facility, it’s out of our hands. If your sweets do melt during transit, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements.
